This Agreement is governed by the laws of victory996's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules.

Victory996 also accepts the use of complaint mechanisms from licensed gambling authorities for dispute resolution involving members.
